These Terms of Service apply to your use of petporch.co and any purchase you make from it. The website is operated by Pet Porch (ABN 83 872 055 696), Tasmania, Australia ("Pet Porch", "we", "us", "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Your consumer rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

Products and pricing

We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice, but a price change will not affect an order we have already accepted. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud). If we cancel, we will refund any payment in full.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout and our payment providers. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Use of the website

You must not use the site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with its security or operation, or copy its content without our permission. All content on the site, including text, images and logos, belongs to Pet Porch or its licensors.

The site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any loss arising from your use of the site or our products is limited to resupplying the goods, or paying the cost of having them resupplied, or refunding the price you paid.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia. You may also have rights under the consumer laws of the country you live in.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to orders placed after it is published.
